The shopping center is home to many noteworthy tenants such as Save Mart, Dollar Tree, Sally Beauty, Great Clips, UPS store, Papa Murphys and Battery Plus.

North Reno Plaza is a 125,000 square foot grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping center located in Reno, NV. The center was purchased by Brentwood Developments in 2009. The asset is undergoing an extensive renovation in 2024. The renovation will include the addition of El Super Markets, Burlington, Starbucks Coffee and Buffalo Wild Wings.
SHOPPES AT CONTINENTAL RANCH
Marana, Arizona
Shoppes at Continental Ranch is a 135,000 square foot Safeway-anchored neighborhood shopping center. The property was purchased by Brentwood Developments in 2015 and home to several noteworthy tenants such as Starbucks Coffee, Orange Theory Fitness, Great Clips, Verizon Wireless, Subway and Smoothie King. We are currently pre-leasing the second phase of the development.

Shoppes at 1st & Roger is a 75,000 square foot Fry's Food & Drug Store-anchored neighborhood shopping center. The shopping center was purchased by Brentwood Developments in 2016 and includes such tenants as Great Clips, Metro PCS and Lucky Panda.

Vistoso Plaza is a 84,770 square foot Safeway anchored shopping center. Located in one of southern Arizona’s most desirable communities in the heart of Oro Valley. This asset was purchased by Brentwood Developments in 2018 and has an established tenant base of national and local retailers such as Cost Cutters, Planet Beach, Labcorp, State Farm Insurance .

Sold in 2025. Montesa Plaza is a 89,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center located in the Houghton Road and Broadway Boulevard market of Tucson. The center was purchased by Brentwood Developments in 2012 and since redeveloped to include the luxury movie theater group, Galaxy Theaters.

Creekside Center is a 35,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center located in Spruce Grove, Alberta. The asset is shadow anchored by a The Real Superstore, Walmart and Home Depot. Brentwood Developments developed the project in 2003.

Developed by Brentwood Developments in the early 2000s, Lakeland Ridge Shopping Centre is located in the city of Sherwood Park, Alberta. The project was anchored by Shoppers Drug Mart and shadow anchored by one of the region’s largest IGA grocery stores.
