Houghton Marketplace is 130,000 square foot Fry’s-anchored shopping center located in the heart of the north-east Tucson sub-market. The development is scheduled to open in 2022 and will be home to one of the largest Fry’s prototypes in Tucson, Arizona.

Shoppes at 1st & Roger is a 75,000 square foot Fry's Food & Drug Store-anchored neighborhood shopping center. The shopping center was purchased by Brentwood Developments in 2016, and the 10,200 SF space adjacent to Fry's will be redeveloped to create additional retail space.

Vistoso Plaza is a 84,770 square foot Safeway anchored shopping center. Located in one of southern Arizona’s most desirable communities in the heart of Oro Valley. This is the newest purchase by Brentwood Developments and has an established tenant base with more than half of the tenants being original from its development in 2001.

Sold in 2025. Montesa Plaza is a 89,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center located in the heart of the upper middle class northeast market of Tucson. The center was purchased by Brentwood Developments in 2012 and since redeveloped to include the luxury movie theater group, Galaxy Theaters.
