BRENTWOOD CO-OWNERSHIP PLAN


The Brentwood Co-Ownership Plan (“BCOP”) was established to provide a vehicle for passive investors to participate as an owner in commercial, retail and residential properties developed by our company. As a BCOP owner you share a percentage of the rental income, tax deferral (depreciation), and potential property appreciation. The BCOP has been utilized by many investors throughout the United States, Canada and overseas as a component of their investment strategy.

ATTRACTIVE RETURNS

The BCOP offers our co-owners the ability to create high investment returns. We seek investment opportunities with a targeted investment return for BCOP owners between 18–22%.

LOW MINIMUM INVESTMENT

A low minimum investment is all that is needed to participate in the plan, generally between $100,000 and $200,000 depending upon the project requirements

EQUITY BUILDING

The BCOP provides our co-owners with a vehicle that creates incremental equity as the mortgages get paid down over time.

FLEXIBILITY & DIVERSIFICATION

With the low minimum equity requirements, our investors can diversify their real estate portfolio by investing in more than one property.

PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

By virtue of being part of the BCOP, investors will have industry leading professionals working on your investment. Having said this, the BCOP is not a guaranteed investment and we highly recommend that you consult professional advice from your lawyer and accountant before investing in the BCOP to ensure maximum benefit of the program for you and your family.

TAX ADVANTAGES

You can deduct, as an expense, all of the interest, property taxes, insurance, repairs, inspections, and depreciation on your investment real estate, no matter how much you own.
