Houghton Marketplace is 130,000 square foot Fry’s-anchored shopping center located in the heart of the north-east Tucson sub-market. The development is scheduled to open in 2020 and will be home to one of the largest Fry’s prototypes in Tucson, Arizona.

Shoppes at Continental Ranch is a 121,000 square foot Safeway-anchored neighborhood shopping center. We purchased this property in 2015 and will continue to develop it over the next three years.
SHOPPES AT 1ST & ROGER
Shoppes at 1st & Roger is a 75,000 square foot Fry's Food & Drug Store-anchored neighborhood shopping center. The shopping center was purchased by Brentwood Developments in 2016, and the 10,200 SF space adjacent to Fry's will be redeveloped to create additional retail space.
NORTH RENO PLAZA
North Reno Plaza is a 125,000 square foot grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping center located in Reno, NV. The center was purchased by Brentwood Developments in 2009 from Kimco, and we then completed an extensive renovation and marketing program causing it to become a top-performing asset.
Oro Valley, Arizona
Vistoso Plaza is a 84,770 square foot Safeway anchored shopping center. Located in one of southern Arizona’s most desirable communities in the heart of Oro Valley. This is the newest purchase by Brentwood Developments and has an established tenant base with more than half of the tenants being original from its development in 2001.
