ABOUT BRENTWOOD

Founded in 1995, Brentwood Developments is a privately held real estate development company committed to building and owning premier commercial and residential developments throughout the United States and Canada.

The principals of Brentwood have over 70 years of experience in real estate development, ownership and management. Over those years, the Brentwood Developments affiliates, working in conjunction with our parent company Delart Investments, Ltd. now known as Forum Properties (www.forumproperties.com), have financed, acquired, developed and managed more than 5 million square feet of commercial, retail and residential properties.

Our corporate philosophy emphasizes a conservative and informed approach to the development of our real estate holdings. To ensure maximum viability, we focus our efforts on analyzing all variables involved during the planning stages of each new project. At Brentwood, we complete each project with a very active approach to construction by applying our experience as a developer/owner to the business of construction.
